INSTRUCTIONS: Requesting Access to Governing Documents

DISCLAIMER: Online access to our governing documents is strictly limited to Co-owners. This portal is not for realtors nor anyone that is not a Riverfront Condominium co-owner. If you are a listing agent looking for documentation (Master Deed, Financials, etc.), then you must requst this information directly from your client.

If you are a current RFC Co-owner, then follow the steps below to create an account and gain access to the RFC Governing Documents.

IMPORTANT: Once you have finished creating your account, you must inform the front office so they can grant your account access in the system (STEP 7).

STEP 1: Click "Governing Documents" Dropdown Menu

STEP 2: Click on "Governing Documents" or "BOD Meeting Minutes"

STEP 3: Click on "Create account."

STEP 4: Complete fields and click "CREATE ACCOUNT"

STEP 5: Follow the account activation instructions that were sent to your email.

STEP 6: Create password and click "SET PASSWORD" Button

STEP 7: IMPORTANT!!! Inform front office that you have created an account so they can grant you access to the governing document center.

STEP 8: Once they have granted access to your account, you will recieve the following email. Click the link and login to view RFC Governing Documents
