Construction, Modifications, and Contractors - Rules

• Orientation must take place with the management office, PRIOR to any work starting. 
• Security deposits apply. 
• Must adhere to "Contractor Rules of the Project" in its entirety. 
• All construction debris removed from unit must to be taken off site (may not disposed down trash chutes nor in dumpsters). Fines will apply to homeowner. 
• Must schedule and use Freight Elevator when hauling tools/ materials. 
• COI and Licenses must be recorded in management office prior to work commencing. 
• Daily check-in with office required. 
• Protective covering is required to prevent damages to common areas and for the cleanliness of the building. 
• RFC standards must be met and signed off on when applicable. 
• Structural, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Sub-flooring modifications must be signed off on prior to work commencing and are subject to RFC inspection before, during, and after project. 
• Construction activities permitted Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm. Not permitted on Holidays or Weekends.
