Visiting Guests and Deliveries

At Riverfront Condominiums, the keypad system located at the 1st and 3rd floor entryways is essential for managing all your visiting guests and food delivery persons. It is important that you let your guests and delivery persons in directly; they should not follow someone else into the property. Guests are to wait for you to grant them entry. If they are unable to reach you through the keypad system, they should call you on your cell phone so that you can come to the entryway and escort them in. This system is designed for when owners and residents are home, providing a necessary level of security. If you lend out your key fobs while you are away, it compromises this security. Allowing people to enter behind others or being let in by residents not being visited poses a security risk to the building. Should your key entry system malfunction, please report it to the office. The Association made a significant investment in 2021 for the complete upgrade and modernization of the key fob system to enhance security for all. Please utilize this system and encourage your guests to adhere to the visiting guests guidelines as well.

All Owners/Residents are responsible for ensuring their guests comply with the Association’s Rules and Regulations, as well as the Condominium By-Laws. Owners/Residents are accountable for the actions and behavior of their guests, and any acts of violence or threats of violence committed by guests will not be tolerated. Please also familiarize yourself with the guest parking rules to ensure a smooth experience for all.

At Riverfront Condominiums, you will receive a personalized guest code from the front office during your New Resident Orientation. Once your visiting guests have reached the keypad system on the 1st or 3rd floor, they can either enter your code or search for you by name to get in touch with you (the phone number you provided to the front office will be called—simply answer and press 9 to let your guest in). If you encounter any issues or if your phone number is not configured in the kiosk system, please contact the front office for assistance with the guest parking rules and other visiting guests guidelines.

After your new member orientation at Riverfront Condominiums, the front office will provide your information to the guard at the gate house. When your visiting guests arrive, they must adhere to the guest parking rules and present their photo ID, your name, your tower, and your unit # (e.g., John Smith in Building 300, Unit 99A). If you encounter any issues or if the gate house does not have your correct information, please contact AMP for assistance with the visiting guests guidelines.

All guest parking rules at Riverfront Condominiums indicate that parking is free for guests, even if some signage might suggest otherwise. Overnight parking is permitted for your visiting guests with no special passes needed. Your guests may park in any spot unless it is marked as handicap or has someone's name attached to it. Please note that the garage signage is outdated, so they can disregard signs that specify diesel, co-owner only, and similar limitations.
