General Guest Rules

Visiting Guests and Deliveries

The keypad system at the 1st floor and 3rd floor entryways are to be used for all your guests and food delivery persons. Your guests and delivery persons must be let in by you, not follow another person in who is entering the property. They are to wait for you to grant them entry. If they cannot reach you by using the keypad system, then they are to call you on your cell phone, and you will need to come to the entryway and escort them in. This system is designed only for when our owners and residents are home--and adds a needed level of security. If you are loaning out your key fobs when you are not home, that security is diminished. People following others in, and being let in by residents that they are not visiting, is a security risk to the building. If your key entry does not work for some reason, please report it to the office. The Association paid for a full upgrade and modernization of the key fob system in 2021--a major investment in security for all. Please use the system and request that your guests do the same.


7.3 All Owners/Residents are responsible to see that their guests comply with all of the Association’s Rules and Regulations and the Condominium By-Laws. Owners/Residents are responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests. No acts of violence or threat of violence made by guests of Owners/Residents will be tolerated.

How to use the Call boxes

  • You will receive a personalized guest code from the front office at the time of your New Resident Orientation. 
  • Once your guests have reached the keypad system on the 1st or 3rd floor, they can either use your code or search for you by name to contact you (the phone number that you provided to the front office will be called - answer and press 9 to let your guest in).
  • Please contact the front office if you have any issues or if your phone number is not set up in the kiosk system.

Front Gate

  • After your new member orientation, the front office will provide your information to the guard/gate house.
  • When your guests arrive at the gate house, they will need to provide their photo ID, your name, your tower, and your unit # (e.g. John Smith in Building 300, Unit 99A).
  • Please contact AMP if you have any issues or if the gatehouse does not have your correct information.

Guest Parking

  • All parking is free for guests (even though signage might indicate otherwise).
  • Overnight parking is also allowed for your guests (no special passes needed).
  • Your guests are allowed to park in any spot, unless it is indicated as handicap or has somebody's name on it (the garage signage is outdated - so they can ignore signs that say diesel, co-owner only, etc.).
