Move-in/Move-Out Rules & Procedures

The Riverfront Condominiums Association must be notified at least one (1) week in advance of any move into or out of the building, adhering to the moving rules established. All moves must be scheduled with Management, and the freight elevator usage must be reserved in advance. 

Permitted Moving Hours: Move-ins and move-outs are permitted Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM only. 

Weekends and Holidays: Move-ins and move-outs are strictly prohibited on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. 

Reservations: Moving reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to freight elevator availability. Management will make every reasonable effort to accommodate residents’ requested dates and times; however, availability cannot be guaranteed. A move is not officially scheduled until it has been confirmed by Management. 

Security Deposit: A refundable $500 security deposit must be paid before the scheduled move. After the move is completed, Riverfront Condominium Association Management will inspect the common elements for damage. If no damage is found, the security deposit will be returned in full. Any costs associated with damage caused during the move may be deducted from the deposit, and the responsible co-owner may be charged for costs exceeding the deposit amount.

At Riverfront Condominiums, freight elevator usage is mandatory for all move-ins and move-outs, and reservations must be made through Management at least one (1) week in advance.

Freight elevator availability for moves is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM only.
