Move-in/Move-Out Rules & Procedures

• The Association must be notified at least one (I) week in advance of the move in or out of the building and co-owners must reserve the freight elevator.
• You are only allowed to move in/out of this building Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. 
• Absolutely no move ins/outs on Weekends (Saturday-Sunday) or Holidays.
• Security Deposits: A Security Deposit of $500 must be collected prior to move. RFC management will inspect Common Elements once your move is complete and should no damages be found, the full security deposit will be returned. 

The freight elevator must be reserved a week in advance and used for all move-ins and move-outs. 

Freight Elevator Availability for Moves: Monday through Friday from 9am - 6pm only
