Leasing Rules

Leasing at the Riverfront Condominiums is a privilege. The Riverfront Condominiums are intended to provide a stable, luxury living experience for Co-owners, which is separate and distinct from the Riverfront Apartments, where regular resident turnover is expected. In short, Riverfront Condominiums were not originally intended to be rental units. 

• Subleasing and short term rentals of any kind are strictly prohibited. 
• Leasing Guidelines are to be strictly adhered to in their entirety. 
• Owners CANNOT rent their unit without first getting onto the rental waitlist and then being approved by the HOA. Please see office for details.
• Currently we are at the maximum allowable rental units of 20%.
