Leasing Rules for Riverfront Condominiums

Leasing at the Riverfront Condominiums is a privilege that provides a stable, luxury living experience for Co-owners, setting it apart from the regular turnover observed in the Riverfront Apartments. It's important to note that the Riverfront Condominiums were not designed to serve as rental units.  

In accordance with Detroit rental rules, subleasing and short-term rentals of any kind are strictly prohibited. The leasing guidelines must be followed in their entirety. Owners cannot rent their unit without first getting on the rental waitlist and receiving approval from the HOA. For further details, please visit the office. Currently, we have reached the maximum allowable rental units at 20%.
