Understanding the importance of managing package deliveries during absences, we have enabled the "Vacation Mode" feature in the app. You can activate Vacation Mode in your account setting (instructions below). This feature ensures that your packages will not be placed into a locker during your specified absence, preventing any storage charges from accruing while you're away.
Please note, while Vacation Mode is activated, the handling of your packages will be at the delivery company's discretion, however, it is encouraged to direct your packages to your front door or to the open shelving in the back nook of the package room. In other words, the front office has no control over what the deliverer does with your package nor is the office responsible/liable for any lost, missing or stolen packages.
Activating Vacation Mode
Step 1: Open the Package Concierge Mobile App or Web Browser.
Step 2: Click on the hamburger button (3 stacked lines) at the top left of your screen.
Step 3: Select “Account.”
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and toggle the “Activate Vacation Mode” switch to “on.”
Step 5: Choose your “Vacation Mode Start Date” and “Vacation Mode End Date.”
