Package Concierge System

Package Concierge is a new way for you to receive packages at Riverfront Condos. New residents will be registered to use this amenity by the front office (make sure to ask about this during your community onboarding).

Package Room Rules

Account Activation

The front office will set up your account during your community onboarding. Once your account is set up, you will receive a welcome email from the Package Concierge Team with your unique Username and PIN that allows you access to use the system. Billing Information is required for your account to be activated.


You will have access to the Package Concierge Mobil app or Resident Portal (https://packageconciergeadmin.com/Login.aspx) that allows you to update your contact preferences, change your PIN, add dependents, set vacation mode and more.

Package Notifications

You will receive instant notification when a package has been delivered via email, text

message, push notification and/or phone call. You can select your notification settings in the app or on the website.

How to Retrieve Packages

Enter your user name or scan your key fob or bar code. Then enter your PIN. All lockers

containing your packages will automatically open.

Retrieval Time & Storage Rate

You will have a full 2 weeks (14 days) to pick up your package from the date of delivery. After the 14-day period, a storage charge of $5 per late day will be applied. This rule aims to accommodate varying schedules while ensuring efficient use of the locker space. 

Vacation Mode Settings

Understanding the importance of managing package deliveries during absences, we have enabled the "Vacation Mode" feature in the app. You can activate Vacation Mode in your account setting (instructions below). This feature ensures that your packages will not be placed into a locker during your specified absence, preventing any storage charges from accruing while you're away.


Please note, while Vacation Mode is activated, the handling of your packages will be at the delivery company's discretion, however, it is encouraged to direct your packages to your front door or to the open shelving in the back nook of the package room. In other words, the front office has no control over what the deliverer does with your package nor is the office responsible/liable for any lost, missing or stolen packages.


Activating Vacation Mode

Step 1: Open the Package Concierge Mobile App or Web Browser.

Step 2: Click on the hamburger button (3 stacked lines) at the top left of your screen.

Step 3: Select “Account.”

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and toggle the “Activate Vacation Mode” switch to “on.”

Step 5: Choose your “Vacation Mode Start Date” and “Vacation Mode End Date.”

Accessibility Settings

If you need to have packages delivered into the lockers for you in the lower compartments, you may check the "accessible" box in your profile. This restricts lockers selection for packag carriers to compartments that are 48" or lower from the floor. Carriers do not see anything different when they deliver - the system privately manages access.

Dependents Settings

This feature allows the dependents name to appear separately in the kiosk for carriers to find

when delivering packages. A dependent user does not have their own account - they are tied to the main registered user account - so any package delivery and reminder notifications will go to the registered resident user.
