Freight Elevator Rules

Reservation Rules:

1. Must be reserved with the office one week in advance.

2. Must be reserved for: ALL move ins/outs, ALL contractors, ALL bulk deliveries (furniture, appliances, etc.), and any moving of large items by residents. 

3. Must check in with office before and after use.

4. Security Deposit must be collected for any moves or any contractors/construction.

Reservation Availability:

· Monday-Friday: Open for all reservation types from 9:00am-6:00pm.

· Saturdays: Open for personal reservations from 10:00am-2:00pm (No Moves, No Contractors, and No Large Deliveries)

· Sundays: No reservations available

· Passenger use 24/7
