Welcome Letter for New Residents

Introduction

All residents are required to have an New Resident Orientation with the management office.


Welcome to Riverfront Condominiums Homeowners Association. The Association Handbook serves as a quick reference guide for co-owners regarding rules, regulations, and key points of interest for our community. For a compresensive explanation of these guidelines, please refer to our association's Governing Documents:

The Governing Documents are digitally provided to all residents at time of New Resident Orientation and available to all residents on request via hard or digital copy or via secure login throught this website. The Governing Documents are to be adhered to in their entirety at all times. Co-owners are held responsible for all occupants, guests, tenants, and contractors. The RFC management is happy to help or clarify should you have any questions.

Fees

Fees can be paid via the resident portal, to the office, or by mail.

  • HOA Dues - Due on the first of each month with a grace period until the 5th. $25 Late Fee - Assessed on the 11th 
  • Maintenance Labor - $60/ Hour 
  • After Hours Lockout - $250 
  • Gray Fob Replacement - $25 (from RFC)
  • Blue Fob Replacement - Talk to AMP
  • Mailbox Lock/Key Replacement - $45 
  • Unit Lock/Key Replacement - Varies  
  • Package Storage Fee - $5/Late-Day (after 14 days) 
  • Special Bulk Trash Pick Up - $60/Item, 2 item Minimum

Resident Portal

The Resident Portal can be used to make payments and submit maintenance requests.


Account Set Up Steps: 

  1. On the Tenant Web Access screen, click Sign up. 
  2. Enter your account number: xxxx 
  3. Enter your email address on file with the office
  4. Click the finalize link in the email 
  5. Create a Password 
  6. Confirm the Password 
  7. Click verify  


How to Make a Payment:

  1. 1. In the charges tile on your home dashboard, click Make a Payment. As an alternative, you can click Make a Payment from the main menu bar at the top of the portal. 
  2. 2. Enter payment amount and choose your payment source then click continue. 
  3. 3. Once your payment method information is entered, you will need to provide your billing address. 
  4. 4. To save your payment information, check the box that says Store as saved payment information for one-time and auto-pay payments. Read the disclaimer and check the verification box, then click pay now. 
  5. 5. A page confirming your payment will then be displayed. You can print this page to keep record of your transition.  


Submit a New Maintenance request: 

  1. In the navigation menu at the top of the screen, click Service Issues. 
  2. Click Add Service Issues in the top-right corner of the Service Issues screen. 
  3. Fill out the form, including tit for your maintenance request, a description of the problem, ans any additional information you feel is relevant. 
  4. To include photos, click attach and select the picture or document to include with your service request. Finally, click add service issues to submit your maintenance request. 

Resident Portal (Payments & Maintenance Requests)

Symmetry Blue

Symmetry Blue is a mobile app that allows your phone to act as your gray fob for Tower 300. Once your account is activated, you can use your phone to scan into Tower 300 only.


Account Activation:

To activate your account, download the Symmetry Blue App and provide the following informtion to the front office:

  • Full Name
  • Unit #
  • Phone #
  • Email Address
  • Gray Fob # (starts with 77)
  • Symmetry Device ID #


How to Use:

Once your account is activated, open the application on your phone and hold it to reader as you would your normal key fob.

Package Concierge

Package Concierge is our package room locker system located on the first floor next to the main office. The front office will set up your account durring your community onboarding.
