FOBS & TRANSCORES

Gray RFC Fob:

• The Gray RFC Fobs are used to access Tower 300 at the first and third floor entrances. You will receive your gray fob(s) from the previous owner at the time of closing, or from the front office during your RFC New Resident Orientation.
• Gray Fob Replacement Cost: Tower 300 replacement fobs cost $25

Symmetry Blue Mobil App:

Symmetry Blue is a mobile app that allows your phone to act as your gray fob for Tower 300. Once your account is activated, you can use your phone to scan into Tower 300 - just open the app on your phone and hold it to the reader as you would your normal key fob. To activate your account, download the Symmetry Blue App and provide the following informtion to the front office:

• Full Name
• Unit #
• Phone #
• Email Address
• Gray Fob # (starts with 77)
• Symmetry Device ID # 

 The Blue Fobs for community common areas and TransCores for the front gate are owned and managed by our neighboring management company, AMP.

To register, activate, or replace your Blue Fob(s) and/or TransCore(s), you will need to complete AMP’s Information Update Form. Once completed, our office will submit it to AMP to verify your residency at Tower 300.

This form can be found in the PDF below or completed electronically. To complete it electronically, you may submit a request to our office and we will provide the digital version.

Once AMP receives the updated form from management, you will be able to obtain your updated fob(s) and/or TransCore(s).

Blue AMP Fob:

The Blue AMP Fob is used for access to the community and common areas:

• Pedestrian Entrance next to the front gate
• Skywalk Entrance at the West Riverfront People Mover Station
• Clubhouse/Fitness Center (requires a membership - See AMP in Building 250)
• Riverwalk Access is located at the back center of the property.

AMP Transcores (GATE) Reader:

The AMP transcores are used to allow your vehicle(s) entry/exit access through the the front gate. Please see pdf instructions from AMP below for full details and instructions.
