Reservations and Availability
Residents must coordinate freight-elevator access with the Management Office in advance. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Management will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested dates and times; however, a reservation is not confirmed until approved by Management.
Freight-elevator reservation availability is as follows:
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM: Available by reservation for move-ins, move-outs, large deliveries, construction materials, and other approved uses.
- Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: Reservations are not available.
- Ordinary Passenger Use: The freight elevator remains available for ordinary passenger use 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, transporting large items, moving materials, or completing deliveries outside approved reservation hours is prohibited unless prior authorization has been received from Management.
Residents are responsible for ensuring that their occupants, guests, movers, delivery personnel, and contractors comply with these requirements. Unauthorized use of the main lobby or passenger elevators to transport large items may result in fines and charges for any resulting damage.
